課程概述 |
本課程為一理論課程，探討晚近理論研究領域裡新出現關於實在（reality）、物（object/thing）、物質（materiality）的哲學與論述。課程內容涵蓋思辨實在論（speculative realism）、物件導向本體論（object-oriented ontology）以及相關感官與美學論述、Bruno Latour的事物（thing）理論、新物質主義（new materialism）、相關萬物有靈論（animism）、歐陸哲學中相關的代表性理論家（如Bernard Stiegler, Michel Serres, Gilles Deleuze & Felix Guattari）等。這些新興理論不只在知識（認識論）上嘗試突破之前的語言走向，並且直接涉及當代整體存在環境的變化，因此可視為理論在本體上翻轉人本立場以及心物二元論的重要實踐。本課程雖無法涵蓋所有新的實在與物質論述，但將儘量納入重要的路線與理論家。 |
